Report a correction or technical problem.
The current public support route is the BloodPanel GitHub issue tracker. It is public, so never include your name, email, phone number, medical information, test selections, order details or appointment details.
Catalogue correction
Open a public issue containing only:
- the BloodPanel page URL;
- the provider’s public source URL;
- the fact that appears incorrect;
- the corrected public information and the date you saw it.
Technical problem
Include the page or AI client, what you expected, what happened and safe steps that reproduce it. Remove prompts, screenshots or logs containing health information, precise locations, contact details or identifiers.

A verified private support contact is not yet available. Contact the provider directly about an appointment, payment, cancellation, refund or test result. Seek advice from a qualified clinician for medical questions.
